Shipping
Custom Hitch Me LLC uses UPS for most all shipments, however,
we will use the US Postal Service at our discretion. All
Shipping Prices listed are for the Continental USA only (lower 48
states). We can ship to Alaska and Hawaii with additional
shipping charges. International Shipping is an option, but
contact us at
sales@customhitchme.com for the shipping rates to your
destination and we can search for the least expensive option
available. Orders placed in error that need additional
shipping in these instances will be contacted for additional costs
before items will ship.
Returns
Any returns will require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

are made and you may not receive what you ordered. If this
happens contact us immediately and we can get the correct item(s) to
you and arrange for the return of the incorrect item(s) at no
additional charge. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase
from Custom Hitch Me LLC let us know what the issue is and we can
work towards a resolution. If it is necessary to return an
item for a refund, we may charge a restocking fee of 10-15% and the
cost of return shipping.
